TMS Global is hiring a remote-based Quality Manager - Packaging in Pune to lead supplier quality assurance, audits, compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement across its packaging supply network. The role manages supplier qualification and performance, quality events, customer audits, documentation, SAP and Lock-IT processes, and stakeholder relationships, with regular travel to supplier, customer, and manufacturing sites across India. Candidates should have supplier quality, quality assurance, or quality engineering experience, knowledge of quality management systems and packaging manufacturing, analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP or similar ERP systems.
