Akkodis is hiring a permanent, full-time Quality Manager Support professional for its Automotive and Transportation division in Genova, Italy. The role supports the Quality team on a high-technology ePowertrain and electrification project, monitoring quality of high-voltage battery and inverter products, defining quality KPIs, assessing failure risks, coordinating problem-solving and continuous improvement, and representing Quality during product development. The position requires an engineering degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automotive engineering, at least two years of relevant experience, Quality Engineering knowledge, risk and non-conformity management skills, familiarity with energy and sustainability regulations, and frequent travel to Ulm, Germany. The salary is EUR 35,000–44,000, with 1–2 days of telework per week.
