Shawmut Corporation is hiring a Quality Manager to lead quality systems, metrics, audits, nonconformance and returned-material resolution, customer and supplier quality issues, continuous improvement, and on-site laboratory oversight. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or engineering or equivalent experience, at least three years of manufacturing quality-management experience, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 knowledge, and willingness to travel. Compensation is $95,000–$130,000, with medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, disability, life insurance, and retirement benefits.
