The role performs microbiological and environmental monitoring testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products; prepares biological media and reagents; maintains laboratory documentation; issues certificates of analysis and compliance; supports non-conforming-material investigations; and contributes to test-method validation and process improvement. The position requires an associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field and basic microbiological testing experience, with an estimated Connecticut hourly pay range of $25.60–$38.39 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
