Amsta is hiring a Quality Nurse for its De Werf living unit in Amsterdam West, working 28 to 32 hours per month. The role supports colleagues through coaching, creates a safe learning environment, identifies improvements, collaborates with the cluster Quality Nurse, and helps with care when needed. Applicants should have a Level 4 Nursing diploma or bachelor’s degree in nursing, valid BIG registration, dementia or elderly-care experience, and coaching skills. The position offers a gross salary of up to €4822.50 per month, a one-year contract with possible progression to permanent employment, and additional benefits.
