PT AHK Testing Indonesia is hiring a full-time Quality Officer in Balikpapan, Indonesia, to support the Quality and HSE Manager with quality programs, laboratory accreditation preparation under ISO 17025:2017, quality documentation, NCR and CAPA processes, and internal and external audits. The role requires advanced analytical and critical-thinking skills, LIMS and report-preparation capabilities, stakeholder communication, technical training, staff supervision, resource management, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency, and at least three years of relevant quality-management-system experience, including ISO 17025 and ISO 17020 standards. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Public Health, Chemistry, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or a related field is required.
