The employer is seeking a Quality Officer to work with a senior-care home near Malsch on improving nursing-care quality. The role includes developing and maintaining internal quality management, preparing for and supporting MD and nursing-home supervisory inspections, analyzing and optimizing nursing-care processes, training staff in quality management, and collaborating with the nursing service manager and facility manager. Candidates must have completed training as a registered nurse and further training as a Quality Officer, along with knowledge of professional standards and legal requirements, a structured and solution-oriented approach, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
