Description
Sobinco is hiring a Quality Officer to process and follow up on internal and external complaints in the ERP system, coordinate returns, prioritize complaints, support complaint analysis, and contribute to quality operations including the Quality Management System, incoming inspection, calibrations, certificate registration, and reject recording. The role requires an administrative professional with experience in a production environment, strong planning and communication skills, and knowledge of Dutch and English.
