The Quality Officer will ensure and continuously improve care and support for residents at the Senior Residence Kaemena Hof. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring quality-management-system requirements, evaluating quality indicators, supporting resident-satisfaction surveys, instructing staff on nursing-care documentation, overseeing medical-technical devices, and reporting quality developments to facility and nursing management. The role requires nursing professional training and qualification, several years of professional experience, quality-officer training, software knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills.
