The Municipality of Hellendoorn is hiring a Lawyer, Objections and Appeals to work 24 hours per week on objections and appeal cases involving the Wmo, Youth Act, Participation Act, and related legislation. The role involves independently assessing decisions, preparing legal opinions, advising colleagues and management, representing the municipality before objections committees and the administrative court, and monitoring legal quality. Applicants need a completed higher professional or university degree, preferably in law, and at least two to three years of relevant experience. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €4,184 to €6,022, an Individual Choice Budget, flexible hours, and hybrid working.
