Description
The Quality Operations Associate will track outstanding items, payments, and process deadlines; coordinate with customers, distributors, and the field team; support Quality team administration; automate and digitize manual activities using artificial intelligence tools; and maintain controls, indicators, dashboards, and process efficiency. The role requires a bachelor's degree in progress in Production, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or a related field, proficiency with Microsoft 365 and automation tools, knowledge of AI and process automation, and intermediate English.
