Description
The Quality Operations Manager I provides operational, project management, analytical, and administrative support to the Office of the Chief Quality Officer at the Charleston Division of Medical University Hospital Authority. The role coordinates cross-functional healthcare quality and safety initiatives involving sterile processing, risk management, regulatory affairs, ethics, infection prevention, patient safety, and hospital operations. Responsibilities include managing projects and action plans, tracking deliverables, reviewing contracts, maintaining performance data, preparing executive reports and presentations, facilitating stakeholder communication, supporting regulatory readiness, and driving sustainable process improvement, particularly within Sterile Processing. The position is a regular employee role scheduled for 40 hours per week on the day shift.
