Description
DHL eCommerce is hiring a Quality Operator in Hengelo to resolve shipment exceptions, correct missing or unreadable labels, coordinate with customers and internal teams, repair damaged packaging, process pickup and delivered packages, identify process bottlenecks, and operate a forklift. The role works in rotating shifts from 06:30 to 15:00, 09:30 to 18:00, or 15:00 to 23:30 and requires MBO-4 level, logistics or warehouse experience, strong communication, Dutch language skills, and knowledge of Dangerous Goods/ADR or willingness to learn it. The gross monthly salary is €2,524–€3,241 based on 40 hours.
