Spartech, LLC is hiring a Quality Operator - (Lab) in Goodyear, Arizona to test product batches, audit and monitor manufacturing processes, and ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards. The role performs first-piece, in-process, final, and receiving inspections; uses precision measuring instruments; documents inspection results and corrective actions; maintains quality-control records; generates non-conformance reports; analyzes inspection data; and calibrates inspection tools. Candidates should have manufacturing quality-control inspection experience, knowledge of blueprints and specifications, and the ability to work independently in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
