Spartech, LLC is hiring a Quality Operator to test product batches and incoming raw materials, audit manufacturing processes, issue out-of-specification rejections, recommend production adjustments, record results in SAP, maintain certificates of analysis, and support investigations and corrective actions. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 to 5 years of quality or laboratory experience in a manufacturing environment, and preferably plastics experience; visual inspection and color matching are desirable.
