Description

INNIO is seeking a highly motivated Quality Platform Lead to drive product quality excellence across their Waukesha engine platforms. This critical leadership role involves partnering across various departments like Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Quality, and Service to manage product quality issues, defects, and non-conformances. The lead will also spearhead cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving product reliability, customer satisfaction, and manufacturing performance throughout the product lifecycle.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of relevant experience
Proven ability to analyze complex engineering and quality data and communicate findings effectively to technical and business leaders.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting new product development and design engineering efforts for combustion engines or similar industrial equipment.
Exposure to Creo CAD and hands-on engineering experience is beneficial.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
Passion for adopting new technologies and digital solutions to improve quality performance.
Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to remain effective under pressure while driving alignment and accountability across diverse teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer focus.
