Description
Centene is hiring a Provider Quality Specialist to educate physician practices and IPAs on NCQA HEDIS measures, medical record documentation, and HEDIS ICD-9/10 CPT coding; support plan compliance; analyze quality and risk-adjustment performance; coach providers; and develop quality-improvement interventions. The role is hybrid, requires local travel and up to 75% travel to provider offices, and is based in Texas with preference for East Dallas or Northeast Texas. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent, have at least three years of HEDIS record collection and risk-adjustment experience, and hold one of the listed health-care licenses or certifications. Pay is $27.02–$48.55 per hour.
