Description
The role leads structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis for quality deviations, conducts risk analyses, coordinates cross-functional teams, develops corrective and preventive actions, and establishes standards for quality problem solving. It requires technical vocational training or a degree in engineering, production engineering, or quality management; several years of experience in quality management, quality improvement, or problem solving; knowledge of methods such as 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, and FMEA; risk-analysis and cross-functional team experience; Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt or equivalent certification; strong analytical and communication skills; and German and English language proficiency.
