Kaiser Aluminum Warrick is hiring a Quality Process Leader to lead problem-solving for process, product, customer, and equipment quality issues on shift. The role audits production lines, disposes metal in real time, collaborates with metallurgists, reviews SQM maps, troubleshoots quality systems, inspects coils and samples, and prepares quality shift reports. It includes 12-hour rotating shift work including weekends and requires a high school diploma, two years of manufacturing quality experience, leadership experience, and the ability to work in a hot plant-floor environment.
