Description
The Quality Product Improvement Engineer Coordinator supports regional quality and performance improvement initiatives at Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group through data-driven analysis, clinical system optimization, workflow documentation, reporting, automation, and Epic HealthConnect activities. The role partners with physician leaders, quality improvement engineers, analysts, data architects, and operational teams to translate clinical guidelines into measurable data elements and operational actions, while maintaining documentation and best practices. It is a full-time hybrid position based in Washington, D.C., requiring a bachelor’s degree, one year of clinical and healthcare operations experience, EMR knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to commute to Washington, D.C., one day per week.
