Description
ASML is hiring a Quality Program Leader to serve as the organizational quality leader for its Wilton Factory. The role owns the factory’s quality strategy, Quality Management System, audit readiness, governance, Six Sigma and SPC deployment, defect prevention, process capability, and measurable quality outcomes. It leads and develops a direct-report team, partners with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, supplier quality, customer support, and global quality, and provides executive-level reporting. The position is on-site in Wilton, Connecticut, requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive quality, manufacturing, or operational excellence experience, and offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
