Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring an onsite Quality Program Manager to lead programs and projects that implement quality initiatives, improve processes and program efficiency, and drive a quality culture across product or service offerings. The role manages schedules, budgets, resources, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams; coordinates with development, manufacturing, and service delivery partners; introduces quality technologies; and mentors less-experienced staff. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, PMP/PMI certification, typically 8–12 years of experience, and Lean Six Sigma or another quality certification is preferred.
