Lam Research is hiring a senior Quality Program Manager to lead cross-functional quality initiatives in its Deposition Product Group. The role owns quality program execution, KPI reporting, risk management, 8D cycle-time reduction, supplier failure analysis, cost-of-quality analysis, and executive-level decision-making. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, a master’s degree with 8+ years, or a PhD with 3+ years, along with semiconductor industry experience and expertise in quality methodologies, data analysis, and Power BI. The position offers hybrid On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work arrangements and a San Francisco Bay Area salary range of $125,000 to $270,000.
