Description
Oracle is hiring a Quality Program Manager to lead its global Stop Ship and Purge program for hardware supply-chain quality events. The role owns the full lifecycle of critical quality issues, from identification and containment through root-cause analysis, corrective action, recovery, and closure; coordinates cross-functional and external teams; maintains traceability and audit records; defines decision gates; tracks quality metrics; and reports risks and recovery plans to senior leadership. The position requires extensive quality-program-management experience in manufacturing or complex hardware supply chains, with preferred experience in server, networking, storage, semiconductor, data-center, supplier quality, reliability, and security frameworks. The US hiring range is $90,100 to $209,500 per annum, with possible bonus and equity.
