Description
Pepper Construction is hiring a Quality Engineer to support construction project teams and trade partners across Central Indiana. The role develops and facilitates project-specific quality plans, reviews construction documents and submittals, leads preinstallation meetings, performs site inspections and constructability reviews, documents deficiencies, and provides guidance on building enclosure, concrete, framing and drywall, flooring, life safety, and installation practices. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree, construction knowledge or interest in mentorship, strong communication and problem-solving skills, local and occasional overnight travel, and the ability to work on active construction sites.
