The role supports the Associate Director of Quality, manages quality systems, validations, change control, CAPA, nonconformities, investigations, audits, and quality initiatives, and supervises Quality Department staff. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least four years of relevant manufacturing quality experience, one year of supervisory experience, and knowledge of injection molding, automation, FMEA, and validation practices. The position is salaried at $120,000–$140,000 USD and involves office and clean-room work with travel between company buildings.
