Spirit AeroSystems is hiring a Quality Manager to lead quality organizations and provide cross-functional quality integration leadership for Spirit Commercial’s commercial aerostructures. The role establishes quality policies and processes, manages quality measures and budgets, coordinates with suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies, and provides quality technical expertise and training. It requires at least three years of quality or leadership experience in manufacturing, two years of customer relationship management experience, MS Office experience, and budget management experience. The position is for the first shift and offers a summary pay range of $110,800 to $169,850, with health insurance and other benefits available to eligible employees.
