Description
The Quality Assurance Site Leader reports to the Quality Assurance Manager and oversees QA employees and quality-improvement initiatives at a manufacturing site. The role supports the Trail King Quality Management System and ISO9001:2015 requirements, maintains quality records, trains and audits processes, evaluates suppliers and outsourced components, inspects products, and implements process enhancements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a manufacturing-related field with one year of manufacturing experience or at least four years of manufacturing or quality experience, along with leadership, communication, analytical, and quality-management skills.
