Description
The Quality Engineer will handle non-conforming materials, monitor supplier and production quality data, support corrective actions, participate in supplier and process audits, develop quality procedures and inspection criteria, train employees, and follow up on customer complaints. The role requires a bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering, more than three years of quality control or process improvement experience in a related manufacturing company, strong English communication skills, and data-analysis ability; familiarity with BI tools and Minitab is a plus.
