Description

Techrytera AB is recruiting a Quality Specialist to establish and drive structured quality work across programs, main projects, and underlying projects. The role covers requirements management and verification, quality procedures and training, supplier and contractor follow-up, audits, inspections, and Factory Acceptance Tests. It requires post-secondary education, at least 9 years of hands-on quality experience in project operations, and at least 5 years of quality work during the construction or contracting phase. The call-off agreement runs from 2027-01-04 to 2028-01-04, with possible extensions, and is estimated at 80–100% of full-time.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Post-secondary education, such as a university degree in quality or engineering, a higher vocational education qualification, or equivalent competence.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 9 years of hands-on quality work in project operations within construction, infrastructure, or equivalent relevant operations, with most experience from the past 15 years.
At least 5 years of quality work during the construction or contracting phase with project managers or main project managers on major construction or infrastructure projects.
At least 3 years of documented experience in systematic requirements management in infrastructure or construction projects with project values exceeding SEK 100 million.
Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience with project governance models or project management methodologies such as PPS, PMI, or PRINCE2.
At least 3 years of experience in quality work in the public sector.
Experience planning and conducting quality follow-ups and audits of manufacturing suppliers, primarily during the past 10 years.
At least 3 years of experience working under collaborative contracts.
