Description
Ocean Optics is hiring a full-time, onsite Quality Specialist for its Osfildern office. The role supports quality assurance and quality control in a manufacturing environment through production-floor inspections, documentation, nonconformance processing, root-cause analysis, CAPA tracking, quality-data reporting, and compliance with ISO 9001 and related quality-management systems. The position requires an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, 2–4 years of manufacturing quality experience, English and German fluency, and prior production-floor experience in an electromechanical, optical, or industrial manufacturing environment. The base salary is 60,000–65,000 EUR, with an on-target earning of 68,900 EUR.
