Description
Bosch Automotive Thailand is hiring a Quality Specialist II for its QMM1 team at the Amata Plant. The role primarily manages Plant-to-Plant ESP/ABS product complaints, leads 8D investigations, coordinates prototype and PPAP activities, tracks failure costs, and represents customer feedback. It also supports quality-system processes, budget management, continuous improvement, and plant safety. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, at least five years of automotive manufacturing quality-management experience, and expertise in ISO/IATF16949, QMS core tools, and customer-specific requirements.
