Description
KIK is hiring a Quality Supervisor for the 1st Shift (6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with weekends as needed) to oversee quality control on the production floor. The role leads quality technicians and inspectors, audits testing and documentation, investigates non-conformances, monitors production deviations, reports quality and retail-check data, supports product specifications and training, and collaborates with production and engineering teams. The position requires an associate's degree or equivalent industry certification, three years of experience in a filling and packaging manufacturing environment, knowledge of quality systems, analytical instrumentation, wet chemistry, and Microsoft Office. The base salary is $70,000-$75,000 plus an annual incentive bonus, with health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance and retirement benefits.
