Howmet Fastening Systems is hiring a Production Supervisor- Quality, 2nd Shift for its Fullerton, California site. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the role leads quality operations, inspection, testing, calibration, and verification activities; manages quality personnel and staffing; investigates quality issues; drives continuous improvement; and supports manufacturing, engineering, operations, and supply chain teams. The position requires manufacturing and quality experience, supervisory experience, Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP proficiency, and legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. The salary range is $100,000 to $140,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
