Armtec Defense Technologies is hiring a full-time Quality Supervisor in Camden, Arkansas, to oversee product inspections, coordinate quality inspection staff, supervise and train inspectors, review quality problems, direct corrective actions, support MRB and lot-performance activities, and maintain ISO 9001 compliance. The role reports to the Production Manager and Quality Manager, requires 3–5 years of quality or supervisory experience and at least two years of leadership experience, and follows a 4/10 schedule with overtime as needed.
