Arvato is hiring a Quality Supervisor to oversee the Quality Department and support operational excellence, ISO9001 compliance, audits, resource allocation, continuous improvement, corrective actions, and customer communication. The role leads a team, coordinates internal and external quality activities, develops quality documentation, analyzes SPC data, and supports plant-wide improvement initiatives. Candidates need a quality-related degree or community college coursework, at least two years of manufacturing quality experience, two years of direct supervision, SPC proficiency, Microsoft Excel skills, and knowledge of ISO9001; Six Sigma experience is desired.
