Flex-N-Gate is hiring a Quality Supervisor to oversee the implementation and maintenance of its quality management system, support manufacturing quality, and manage floor inspectors, process auditors, and other quality associates. The role includes customer and supplier coordination, PPAP and control-plan support, corrective-action planning, nonconforming-material disposition, training, documentation, and compliance with quality standards. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six years of manufacturing-quality-management experience, strong analytical and supervisory skills, and Microsoft Office and statistical software proficiency; Six Sigma certification is preferred.
