Flex-N-Gate is hiring a Quality Supervisor to oversee the implementation and maintenance of its quality management system, support manufacturing quality, and manage floor inspectors, process auditors, and other quality associates. The role includes customer and supplier coordination, nonconforming-material disposition, PPAP support, corrective-action planning, training, compliance with quality standards, and documentation. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six years of manufacturing-quality-management experience, strong analytical and supervisory skills, and Microsoft Office and statistical software proficiency; Six Sigma certification is preferred.
