Description
The Quality Manager is responsible for containment inspections, sampling, audits, product release, quality-system implementation, inspection records, nonconformity communication, customer follow-up, and resolving finishing-process quality problems. The role also directs and organizes quality inspectors, supports production and other departments, and coordinates problem-solving in the FPI area. Candidates must have completed high school or supervisory experience, with preferably 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, 3–5 years of quality-system experience, and 5 years supervising personnel.
