Description
The Quality Supervisor oversees the Inspection, Calibration, and Metrology departments at Riverside, a precision machining company in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The role supervises and develops quality employees, manages inspection workflows, coordinates nonconforming-product disposition, supports audits and process improvements, troubleshoots inspection equipment, and collaborates with Engineering and Production to maintain regulatory and customer compliance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or a related technical field preferred, or equivalent education and experience, along with at least five years of quality, engineering, or manufacturing experience and two years in a team-leader role.
