Description
The Quality Supervisor leads a manufacturing team by supervising work, training, coaching, performance, safety, attendance, scheduling, and corrective actions; creating work instructions, smart sheets, data dashboards, and reports; liaising with clients and project or operations managers; and performing inspections, repairs, and documentation. The role requires availability for six days per week, overtime, weekends, extended shifts, and extensive walking, and includes medical, vision, dental, 401K, and EAP benefits.
