Luminator Technology Group is hiring a Quality Supervisor to lead on-the-floor quality activities at its Plano, Texas headquarters. Reporting to the Senior Quality Manager, the role oversees Manufacturing Quality Engineering, Customer Quality Assurance, Quality Inspection, Calibration, audits, corrective and preventive actions, quality metrics, DFMEA and PFMEA, continuous improvement, training, and team development. The position requires U.S. work authorization, at least five years of site-level quality leadership experience, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is highly desired. The role is based in the office Monday through Friday and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
