The Quality Supervisor implements RES’s Quality Management System and quality-control processes for a project-site construction team. The role develops and maintains the Construction Quality Plan and Inspection Test Plan, manages inspection forms and documentation, oversees QC inspections and subcontractor work, identifies non-conformances, leads root-cause analysis, and reports quality status. It is 100% site-based with at least 50% field work, requires renewable-energy QA/QC experience, and offers a base salary of $76,000–$96,000 plus per diem and benefits.
