Description
Shoulder is seeking a textile quality-control supervisor to oversee quality activities across raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods. The role coordinates the quality team, conducts audits and inspections, analyzes quality reports, implements corrective and preventive actions, supervises textile laboratory testing, and collaborates with production, product development, and purchasing. The position also monitors quality and productivity indicators, develops quality procedures, and addresses customer quality issues. A bachelor’s degree in a textile or production engineering field, textile-process knowledge, quality-management tools, and prior textile quality-team experience are required.
