Description
Sika is hiring a Quality Control Specialist to support and coordinate quality initiatives at its Grandview Plant. The role audits production, supports internal and external sorting, assists quality engineers, clarifies quality expectations for operators, maintains quality records and electronic files, transfers secondary-sort data, and performs layered process audits across plant departments. The position requires at least one year of quality-control and manufacturing experience, knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, and the ability to lead and audit quality systems; injection-molding knowledge and SAP experience are preferred. The schedule is a D shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Thursday through Saturday, with an alternate Wednesday through Saturday schedule.
