Description
The Quality System Engineer ensures the proper implementation, maintenance, and improvement of business processes within PSM under a Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with internal and external requirements. This role also involves leading the internal audit program for Quality/EHS, guiding business functions in process design and improvement, supporting document control, assisting with eDMS usage, conducting training, developing audit policies, managing internal audits, facilitating external audits, analyzing business metrics, closing action items, promoting continuous improvement, and assisting with new standards.
