Description
Rocket EMS is hiring a Quality Management System (QMS) Manager to own and improve its AS9100-compliant quality management system in a regulated electronics manufacturing environment. The role serves as the Management Representative, leads internal and third-party audits, manages document control and quality records, supports CAPA and continual improvement, delivers QMS training, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, supply chain, and other departments. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline and at least five years of QMS management experience in aerospace PCBA or electronics contract manufacturing, with a pay range of $110,000 to $140,000 USD.
