Description
Ecolab is hiring a Quality System Manager for a temporary maternity-cover contract from October 2026 through March 2027. Reporting to the Quality Director HC Europe, the role manages the non-conformity and CAPA systems, leads internal, supplier, and external audits, oversees legal manufacturer change management, supports management reviews and training, and drives compliance and continuous improvement across Healthcare Europe quality systems. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline, at least five years of experience in regulated-quality systems, and knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and MDR; Lead Auditor or ISO certification training and project management experience are preferred.
