Description
The Quality Systems Manager will maintain and improve the IPD San Diego Design Center Quality Management System and audit readiness, support design control and risk management, lead internal and external audits, manage quality metrics and CAPA actions, oversee supplier and outsourcing quality agreements, and provide quality training. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in science or a related discipline, knowledge of design control, risk management, and QMS processes, and at least two years of experience developing and sustaining quality systems for medical devices; ISO 9001/13485 Lead Auditor certification is desirable. The position is based in San Diego, California, with an annual salary range of $105,500 to $168,800 USD.
