Padagis is hiring a Quality Assurance (QA) Compliance Manager to oversee quality and compliance activities at a pharmaceutical facility, including validation, internal and external audits, data review, product complaints, product lifecycle, change management, investigations, CAPA, and continuous improvement. The role leads a team of five QA professionals and requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a closely aligned field, plus at least five years of cGMP manufacturing experience. The position pays $85,000–$120,000 USD annually, with annual cash incentive bonuses and employee benefits.
